PALATE - This dry medium bodied red is ruby in colour with bopping acid (that’s a good thang) and smooth melting tannins. Savoury flavours of Thelma plum, wild berries and strawberry are atmospheric. Spice of pepper collaborate with mouthfeel giving pleasure.
